Now that you are starting to think more about whether or not media is trustworthy, you can show your learning and understanding gained about real vs. fake news. On the next slide in your portfolio, titled "Activity 1.6 -Showing my Learning," please complete the following:

1.) Go to Newsela (a trustworthy news source) and choose an article you think is interesting, and provide a link to this article in your google slide. 

2.) Go to The Onion (not a trustworthy news source) and choose an article you think is interesting, and provide a link to this article in your google slide. 

3.) For each of the above articles, explain how you know one is real, and how you know the other is fake. Write a few sentences for each. If you need extra help, try reading this article for support.
